Upazila fertilizer and seed monitoring committee meeting

01 October 2023 AD. Upazila Fertilizer and Seed Monitoring Committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer at 11.00 am. A discussion meeting was held in the presence of all committee members, all BCIC and BADC fertilizer dealers and all Sub-assistant Agriculture Officers.


The following decisions were taken following the discussion in the said meeting.

1. It was decided to send 1000 Mt Urea, 500 Mt TSP, 1000 Mt DAP and 1000 Mt MOP to the higher authorities to meet the shortage of fertilizer in the coming rabi season.


2. To sell agricultural inputs at fair price, price list should be drawn on red cloth in every shop.


3. Shops are open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.


4. Timely submission of fertilizer arrival message. Otherwise legal action is taken against the concerned dealer.
